KOCOTEK offers a variety of storage equipment, from silos for shells to tanks for cocoa liquor. The silos can be installed indoors or outdoors to the customer’s specified dimensions and technical requirements with optional heat and insulation. Load cells or ultrasonic systems control the filling level and feeding coils and vibrator discharge units ensure a gentle filling and reliable discharge of fragile products. As an alternative to dust cyclones, the silos are fitted with filter units and a pressurized air flushing system to clean the filter sleeves. Lehmann’s storage tanks, pipelines and pump systems are double jacketed and can be water heated or cooled. The tanks come with agitators and load cells for level control. They can be used for dosing and mixing of liquid components as well as intermediate storage and tempering of chocolate masses and similar compounds.
